AFTER SALES

Our main principle about after sales service is approaching solution-focused to all problems of our customer who had bought our machine.The spare parts which have been requested in the warranty period ar after warranty are conveyed from the head firm or by the way of dealers  on the soonest time and it can be staffed for our customers.

Two main themes are being important for our company;

-          Operating service for the produced machines

-          After sales service for meeting the demands of the customers about the malfunctions, supplying of spare parts and the problems which are resulted from the usage

The operating instruction of Laser Land Leveller which we are being produced is being done with the own tractor of the customers in their own fields by our efficient staff until learning how to use in the proper sense. The problems which are arised subsequently with the usage , laser system ,hydraulic system are being solved by on-site inspection.These our  services are being executed by ensuring exact customer pleasure in all over Turkey.

In accordance with the customer request , it is being trained about the usage , servicing and calibration for our other machines and field demonstrations are being arranged.The machines which are freighted without assemblage are being assembled by authorised agents or company efficient staff
