Apollo

The Apollo heavy cultivator is used for stubble breaking and seedbed preparation. It processes the soil by tearing it up to the desired depth without overturning it. The stubble is cut in layers from the root area and mixed well with the soil, and an organic fertilizer application is facilitated for the next crop period. Plant residues are ideally mixed into the soil.

Apollo’stines are produced with a robust spring safety mechanism that provides resistance against harsh conditions and impacts. The ground resistance for the safety spring opening is 800 kg.

Easy Working Depth Adjustment

The desired working depth can be adjusted easily with the help of the roller. The working depth can be easily adjusted using 5 mm, 10 mm, and 20 mm thick aluminum spacers. The roller height can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically.

Safe Transport

For machines with a working width of 4m and above, the road width is reduced to 3m using the hydraulic folding system in the road position, ensuring safe transportation. The wings are connected to each other with special safety locks, providing maximum safety on the road. Furthermore, the hydraulic cylinders in the transport system are mechanically locked to ensure safety when on the road.

Machine Specs

Reinforced solid chassis, suitable for working in difficult conditions and providing ease of use with its simple and compact structure. The connection to the tractor is by a three-point hitch or trailer system, depending on the size of the machine and user preference. Transport System: The front drawbar and rear transport system, which can be easily installed on all models and convert your machine into a trailed type, are provided as standard for machines with 6 m and 8 m working widths and can be provided as an option on others. Easy turns are made possible with the drawbar, which has been designed for heavy conditions, and is capable of moving 20 degrees vertically and 60 degrees horizontally.

The tines are made of the strongest material and strongly welded. With the strongest 25° blade cutting soil penetration angle at the front, 12 mm blade thickness.

46 discs used at the rear, optional disc diameters of 51 and 56 cm, disc thickness of 4 mm, disc spacing of 24.5 cm.

Seven different roller options are available, depending on user preference. It can optionally be folded into the road position hydraulically.

Accessories

Front Support Wheel

Standard on trailed Apollo, offered as an option on mounted-type machines. The front support wheel ensures a stable working depth on terrains with undulating surfaces and provides better machine balance.

Leveling Discs

Notched leveling discs of 46 cm diameter ensure that the soil, which is stirred by the discs, is directed in front of the roller in a way that maintains the field leveling.
