Our after-sales service approach prioritizes the maintenance of a solution-oriented approach to ensure the rapid resolution of machine-related problems for our customers. Spare parts requested during or after the warranty period are provided to our customers as soon as possible by our central office or authorized dealers, and technical personnel support is available if needed.

As İLGİ TARIM, our after-sales service focuses on two areas:

  • Maintenance and Operation (Operatorship) Training services for the equipment produced,
  • After-sales services to meet customer demands about machinery breakdowns, spare parts supply, and operation and equipment-related problems.

Operator training for our Laser or GPS Controlled Leveling Machines is provided by our expert staff, either online or using our customers' tractors in their own fields until full learning is achieved. Problems arising from the use of our equipment, laser/GPS systems, or hydraulic systems are resolved with on-site interventions if telephone support fails to be sufficient.

For other equipment, operation, maintenance, and adjustment training are given in accordance with the customers’ demands, with presentations organized in the field. After delivery, our machines are assembled by our expert personnel or authorized dealers.
